All the options chosen by the customer can be produced transparent or in colour, printed or anonymous, for automatic or manual packaging, furthermore we adapt ourselves to the specific needs of each customer: with or without sliding agent, antistatic, microperforation…

BAG MAKING

Thanks to the latest high performance machines, you will find a high versatility in our bag making section. This enables us to produce any bag/sack size and format.

All the options chosen by the customer can be produced transparent or in colour, printed or anonymous. We can offer four different kinds of sealing: side-wall, bottom, double bottom and treble (reinforced side-wall seal) for automatic or manual packaging.

(AUTOMATIC PACKAGING)

Special products for the PATTYN automatic packaging machines (bag-in-box): FLEXIM, RAZIM & ZIM.

If you have a PPL machine, you will find in GMP the ideal partner to fulfil your needs. As a member of the PATTYN’s group, we have adapted our machines and our technology to the PATTYN automatic packaging lines, so that we come up with a product which offers to our customers:

  • multi-layer, which gives the film a much more strength and less thickness
  • good sealability
  • minor use of additives per layer, with a reduction on the price of raw material
  • more adaptability between film, machine and product by improving the seal and anti-blocking in the internal layer, the impact in the intermediate layer and the gripper friction in the external layer
  • 100% of the material is used: no waste
  • less machine stops

Our close collaboration with PATTYN is the result of new and improved recipes which means a higher PPL machines productivity.

CONTINUOUS LINER

The continuous folding liner units are used in filling systems for small containers (KB-EF) and ProClean protective liner discharge systems.

Antistatic low density polyethylene, homopolymer stabilized with slip agent. Ethylene monomer is the only monomer used for producing the macromolecular product. For producing the above-mentioned grade there are not used plasticizers or colored master batches. The product has natural color.

PRODUCTION:

Film extrusion with subsequent folding liner finishing.

  • Extrusion condition: WITHOUT OIL, controlled extrusion air, low germ and low particle.
  • Finishing condition: CLEAN ROOM CLASS 5, DIN EN ISO 14644-1
  • Steryle conditions: As per customer requirements (Gamma irradiation).


PRINTING

We offer two kinds of flexographic printing systems: stack and central drum (4 colours printing) system.
Printing width up to 1.250 mm, 6 colours, 2 sides printing. Maximum accuracy.

PRODUCTS:

sheets and tubes for automatic packaging, bags/sacks.

LAMINATION

Lamination of several and different complex materials ( BOPP, PET, PA…) so that the resulting product has certain barrier properties.
Lamination without solvents.
Width up to 1300mm.
